Sagara pioneers tech-enabled urban aquaculture to grow the nation’s only sashimi-grade live shrimp, guaranteed free from microplastics and contaminants. With daily harvests from their urban farms, they deliver ultra-fresh shrimp to Jakarta's best chefs and discerning diners on the same day. Sagara is not commodity seafood; it’s establishing itself as the 'Rolex of Indonesian seafood.'

Sagara's founders recognized this gap—the frustration of having amazing local product quality deteriorate during coastal transport. The opportunity was to use their unique, pure, and consistent urban farming method to capture the luxury culinary market, but they needed a digital platform that could communicate their radical freshness and scientific rigor in a way that commanded premium pricing.

Our mission was to match Sagara's unprecedented product quality with an equally exceptional digital experience. We designed a storefront that doesn't prioritize transactional speed but instead mirrors the sophistication of luxury brands, from a new concept into a premium culinary ingredient, accessible through a frictionless and highly curated digital platform.
The key focus is to educate visitors on Sagara's purity, sustainability, and scientific standards, turning a simple purchase into an appreciation of craftsmanship. To serve their luxury clientele (chefs and connoisseurs), we designed a sophisticated catalog experience that channels purchases seamlessly through a personal WhatsApp consultation, maintaining the high-touch service expected at this level. From the image layouts to the subtle animations, every minute detail is tailored to reinforce the brand's elegance and precision. The visual experience creates tension between the high-tech facility and natural purity, making the product highly desirable.
